Rethinking....
Yesterday I was all ready to find a new set of themes and finish out the month...then Ron aka: Danudin left this comment on my post. Ron I really appreciate your honesty and have taken a day to rethink my plan. I am going to stick to the posted themes and if I really feel energetic re-use them with the stipulation that it has to be in a totally different way. I like being a woman...you can always change your mind!

I wasn't trying to stop you, just make you think, honestly some of the demands that Julie's list last year pt on us were wonderful.
If you go back and look at it really stretch the theme, I did once or twice.

ReplyDeleteKaren, whatever you decide to do, make sure it's enjoyable for you. I think snagging some of the themes from last year's list is a perfect idea if you need more inspiration. But, it's my experience that people enjoy looking at blogs best when the photos come from the heart and aren't simply posted to fulfil a theme. And, remember, you may post whatever you like - following the themes or the assignments is not necessary. Have fun!

I second that you should do what inspires you most. I rarely use the themes, my practice is to post a photo a day and I shoot what moves me (and is around). Can't wait to see what you come up with, but feel free to post whatever you want. It is your blog after all!
