Umbrellas?
Try as I might I couldn't find an umbrella yesterday in my snow laden landscape. I post this picture instead, taken in the Uinta Mountains while cross country skiing. If I had never lived where it snows I would guess people would use umbrellas all the time, but in truth the snow just brushes off your hair and clothes because it is frozen so you never see umbrellas unless it is raining.

Beautiful scenery. I still would rather have rain than snow!!
ReplyDeleteThat tree in the foreground looks like an umbrella to me (once it gets it's leaves! Wow, this is just gorgeous! So peaceful and serene!
ReplyDeleteThe sky above is the umbrella above us all.
ReplyDeleteLove the lines that lead you eyes across the photos. As for umbrellas, I don't ever use one when it snows.
ReplyDeleteLove snowy images. As for umbrellas, why not have someone bring one out and model for you? As you say, I've never seen one in the snow, could make for a cool picture.
ReplyDeleteI really like the imagery in this photo. I also never use an umbrella when it snows!
